I also take full responsibility for my minor child/children. I am aware that these dangers and risks may arise due to various factors, including but not limited to equipment faults and/or malfunctions of equipment (mine or other participants), negligence (mine or other participants), exposure to extreme conditions, natural conditions or due to force majeure. By accepting these Terms of Business, I am fully aware, fully understand and accept all risks and voluntarily wish to participate in this activity.

Terms & Conditions
CONFIRMATION
After the successful completion of the reservation process, your reservation is considered confirmed and you will receive a reservation confirmation to your e-mail address. You are obliged to keep the e-mail confirmation with all the details of the reservation you confirmed and present it upon arrival on the trip. Pets are not allowed.
CHANGE OF EXCURSION DATE
Safety always comes first. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, your trip will unfortunately not be able to take place and we reserve all rights to make changes. Weather permitting, your tour will take place the next day or otherwise arranged. In case you do not like the change, the amount paid will be returned in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We would be very sorry if you decide to cancel your trip, but we understand that plans change during a vacation and there are valid reasons for this. Therefore, we will do our best to adapt to your decision. However, please inform yourself about our current cancellation policy:
Cancellation at least 7 days before the start of the trip: no charge.
Cancellation between 6 and 3 days before the start of the excursion: you will be charged 50% of the total price of your reservation. If you have paid a deposit, you will be charged the remaining amount to complete 50% of the total price of your reservation.
Cancellation without any notice less than 72 hours before the start of the excursion or in any other case: you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
In case of non-arrival at the exact place and at the exact time according to the reservation confirmation, you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation.
In the event of any refund, the refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of a valid cancellation notice, in accordance with the above rules. Only cancellation requests submitted in writing and sent to the following e-mail address will be considered: quadsafarivis@gmail.com
